A Pittsburgh proposal story

Rachel had no idea that Zach was planning a dream proposal for her. She thought she was going to a formal event for his work. But secretly, he brought both of their families and friends together to set up rose petals, balloons, and even a visit from their dog to set the stage for popping the question! It felt like surprise after surprise!
