Aspinwall Riverfront Park Family Portraits
I love capturing extended family sessions! It is always fun to get a big group of loving family together. We headed to Riverfront Park early in the morning to take advantage of the gorgeous river views just outside of Pittsburgh.
Mattress Factory Wedding | Cass and Tyler
When you look through Cass & Tyler’s wedding photos, you get a sense of how fun the day was. We went on slides (more than once!), and climbed all over a playground. Yes - in a big poofy wedding dress! Their wedding reminds me that weddings should be FUN! How often do you get to take photos with a rotating plastic horse?
Phipps Wedding | Rachna and Ivan
Rachna and Ivan had an intimate and joyous ceremony at Phipps. They were able to have all their family join them, and even brought their little pup to join in the photos!
North Shore Senior Portraits | Sydney
Sydney brought some fun style to her senior session, starting with the fun striped jumpsuit for the North Shore pictures. We ended up walking all through downtown Pittsburgh to the Point. then we headed back to the Clemente Bridge to wrap things up with some night shots.
Intimate Wedding at Home | John & May
While planning a wedding during Covid has has had many challenges, it has brought some interesting changes in the industry - namely, smaller, more intimate celebrations! I was blessed to have been able to capture this quiet home-based celebration with John and May this summer. The ceremony was held in their front room with just very close friends and family.
White Barn Wedding | Emily & Matthew
These two were so much fun to work with. During their final meeting they were so excited about their first dance. They had a beautiful coordinated dance taught by Amanda Wolf at Pittsburgh Wedding Dance. And their know-how of dips and spins made for beautiful pictures as well! The rest of the day was a beautiful celebration of them with their friends and family.
North Park Family Photoshoot
It is always a joy to capture the big events in my clients’ lives. Faith & Brad have worked with me for their proposal, their wedding, and now family photos, even though they live out of state! We got to end this session with their little one trying ice cream for the very first time!
Rainy Pittsburgh Engagement Session | Sam and Curt
These two flew in from out of state for this engagement session, so there was no rescheduling even with the threat of thunderstorms. By the end of the shoot, there actually ended up being a tornado warning! We dealt with some crazy downpours, but had enough breaks to get some great images. To start things off, we switched locations to the Columns in Oakland to have a spot with some cover. It ended up being a great option with Sam’s gorgeous dress! Sometimes it is fun to dance in the rain.
