Riverfront & North Shore Engagements | Emily & Matthew
Aspinwall Riverfront Park is such a cool blend of nature and industrial. Add some winter weather vibes, and you have Emily & Matthew’s engagement session! It was a chilly day for photo, but well worth it to get that pop of snow and light in the background.
Can you believe she made it through a two hour shoot with those shoes? That is mad bravery.
I’m especially thrilled with how their night shots up on Mt. Washington came out. With the leaves being off the trees, you really get a great view of the city lights.
Allegheny Country Club Wedding | Rachel & Henry
2020 is the year of scaled down weddings. But smaller doesn’t mean less. This wedding is a beautiful example of that. For safety, they had an intimate wedding with just immediate family. She got ready in her family home, and then all the events took place at Allegheny Country Club.
Lifestyle Family Portraits | The Haldemans
These are my style of family photos. Jumping on the bed, baking cookies while having a flour fight, cuddled on the couch reading a book, and (of course) a fun family video game to end the session. A glass of wine for the parent’s at noon is a good start as well! <3
Hartwood Acres Senior Portraits | Claire
Hartwood Acres in the fall season is such a beautiful place to be. The sunlight at sunset shines perfectly through the leaded glass windows. Between this beautiful setting and Claire’s awesome choice of wardrobe, this session was a standout!
North Park Fall Family Portraits | The Faith Family
Fall leaves, fall colors, and family photos are meant to be together! I’ve gotten to capture two of this family’s senior portraits already (Rachel & Emily), so I was thrilled to capture the entire family! They came perfectly styled in coordinating fall colors that matched the location. Plus when you add in two doggos, you can’t go wrong!
Pittsburgh Senior Portraits | Rebecca
When you bring a car as a prop for your senior portraits - you know it is going to be epic! Combine that car with a vibrant pink jumpsuit, and you have Rebecca’s Pittsburgh inspired senior portraits. My personal favorites are the night shots taken in Garrison Canal downtown. The reflection of the art installation off the roof of the car is next level!
Strip District & North Shore Senior Session | Leah
Leah chose some classic Pittsburgh locations for her senior portraits - the Strip, and the North Shore. You can’t go wrong with the bold colors and graffiti of the Strip, especially with the fun and trendy outfits she chose. We went a little dramatic and fashion-inspired with some of the lighting to really highlight her choices. I think she rocked it!
Strip District Senior Portraits | Neev
Neev wanted the grit of Pittsburgh’s Strip District for the background of his senior portraits. I love how most of his portraits are just absolute laughter. This entire shoot was full of smiles.
