Lily and Kevin had a gorgeous day at Phipps in Oakland. You may remember these two from their ballroom dance engagement session this summer. Their wedding photos turned out gorgeous! They did a private first look, so we did all their portraits before the wedding, meaning they were able to just join the cocktail hour and party right after the ceremony, no stress! It was so fun to be a part of.

Erin was all about having lots of color throughout her wedding, and I think she nailed it! With a dream team of vendors including Holly Hanna Floral and Wanderlust Weddings & Events, how can you go wrong? I’m still dreaming of those fluffy floral clouds!

National Aviary Wedding | Angela & Jason

Angela & Jason’s wedding was absolute magic! I mean, I love an Aviary wedding - who doesn’t love when penguins are invited to the wedding! These two also gave a surprise performance of the last dance from the movie Dirty Dancing, and wow’d their guests! Afterwards, we snuck out to the lake for some epic night shots.

This was my first time at this venue, and it was perfect for Elizabeth & Dante’s large Pittsburgh wedding! I think the cookie table alone took up half the room - I had to take home a box. The venue is across the street from my studio, so we actually snuck over there for a few extra portraits of the two of them.

Rachel & Dawson had a magical day. The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony. The bold colors were vibrant against the neutral backdrop of he barn. Later in the evening, they even braved going out in the canoe for some epic photos at sunset!

Sheraton at Station Square Wedding | Martina & Michael

I’m obsessed with Martina & Michaels reception decorations. They are musicians, and their florals included instruments all around the room. They also performed multiple times during the evening, and it was incredible.

Sheraton at Station Square Wedding | Emily & Travis

Emily and Travis were just the nicest couple, and they were up for anything! Their venue was being renovated, and I fell in love with a wall of drywall that was half-done. Luckily, Emily & Travis were both up for it, and using that wall as a backdrop made for some of my favorite new photos!

These two had a magical fairytale wedding in the forest - with beer. Not kidding, there was a separate beer truck and everything! Plus the tables were decorated with growlers from local breweries. Pretty amazing if you ask me.

It was my first time at this venue, and it is literally a dream if you love the outdoors. Beautiful woods, farm tables, a tented reception, and a ceremony overlooking a pond. They had a great sunset to end the day.
