Emily | A North Park Senior Session
Senior portraits is one of the types of photography I focus on. There is just something about that major life event that I love sharing in. This time of year is when I shoot most senior sessions. Heads up, because I have lots of senior blog posts coming soon!
Kicking off the first of many is Emily. She emailed me with a request for a boho-style shoot with a variety of backdrops. Of course the first place that came to mind was North Park, simply because of all the variety it has in one location. Waterfalls, the lake, woods, fields of grass, you name it. - it is all at North Park (which is why my fall mini sessions will be there, check it out!).
For Emily's shoot, we even threw a smoke bomb in the mix. I love how the images came out!
Your Senior Pictures Should Actually Look Like You
There is one thing I DON'T want to hear after a senior session:
"These don't even look like me."
Your senior pictures aren't supposed to turn you into a model or some perfectly polished Instagram version of yourself.
They're supposed to capture you at this very weird, exciting, huge point in your life.
So when we're planning your Pittsburgh senior pictures, that's where I want to start.
